Vyrall

Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Vyrall (“Vyrall”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

What Vyrall does

Vyrall is a reseller. We do not produce engagement ourselves: we pass your order to third-party suppliers who deliver it, and we present their catalogue, pricing and delivery ranges in one place with a single wallet.

Quantities, start times and delivery speeds shown in the catalogue are the suppliers’ own estimates. They are indications, not commitments.

Your account

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and the details you give us — including your country — must be accurate. Your country sets the currency your wallet is held in and the payment methods you are offered, and it cannot be changed after sign-up.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.

Your wallet

Funds you add are prepaid credit for buying services on Vyrall. The wallet is not a bank or payment account: it pays for nothing outside this platform, it earns no interest, and it cannot be transferred to another person.

Your wallet is held in one currency, fixed when you sign up. Amounts shown in another currency anywhere in the interface are for reference only; what leaves your wallet is the amount in its own currency.

Placing an order

Before you confirm an order we show you the exact amount that will be taken from your wallet. Confirming accepts that amount. If the quote expires before you confirm, you will be asked for a fresh one.

You are responsible for the target you supply. It must be correct, and it must be reachable — a private, restricted or deleted profile, post or channel generally cannot be delivered to, and an order sent to the wrong target cannot be recovered once it has been delivered.

Delivery, partial delivery and refunds

Each service shows an expected start window and a delivery rate, and the quote you confirm shows the window for your exact quantity. These figures come from the supplier that would fulfil your order and are estimates, not deadlines: an order that starts or finishes outside them is not by itself a failure to deliver, and does not on its own entitle you to a refund.

Where an order cannot be delivered at all, the amount charged is returned to your wallet. Where it is delivered only in part, the difference is returned to your wallet.

Refunds are made to your Vyrall wallet, not to the payment method you funded it with, and appear in your wallet history.

Refills

Some services carry a refill guarantee for a stated period. Where one applies, and the numbers delivered drop within that period, you can request a refill from the order and we will ask the supplier to top it back up at no extra charge.

A refill restores what was delivered and then lost. It is not a substitute for an order that was never delivered, which is handled as a refund.

Availability

Services appear and disappear as suppliers make them available. A service shown as unavailable is one we cannot currently deliver; we would rather say so than take an order we cannot fulfil.

Acceptable use

You must not use Vyrall to break the law, to target someone else’s account without their permission, or to promote content that is illegal where you or your audience are.

Separately from these terms, social platforms have their own rules, and some of them restrict or prohibit buying engagement. Whether your use of a service complies with the rules of the platform you are targeting is your responsibility, and any action that platform takes against your account is a matter between you and them.

  • No accounts, posts or channels you do not control or have permission to promote.
  • No content that is illegal, deceptive, or targets a private individual.
  • No attempt to abuse quotes, refunds or refills, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Suspension

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse of the payment system. Where we do, we will tell you, and any wallet balance that is not the subject of the suspicion remains yours.

Limits of our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the service you paid for, or for returning what you paid. We are not responsible for what a social platform decides to do about your account, for results you hoped an order would produce, or for losses that were not a foreseeable consequence of something we got wrong.

Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed substantively, and continuing to use Vyrall after a change means you accept the updated terms.
