Before you write
Most questions about delivery, refunds and refills are answered on the home page. If you are writing about a specific order, include its order ID — you will find it on the order itself — and we can answer in one reply instead of three.
What to include
- The order ID, shown on the order itself — it is the fastest way for us to find exactly what you are asking about.
- The link or username you ordered for, if the question is about delivery.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
We aim to answer within one business day. Orders keep delivering while a message is open — writing to us does not pause anything.
